The system counts only successful recharge points added to your Profile ID during the current week.

Rule: For every 5000 Recharge Points, you get 2 ID unban requests. Your allowed requests are calculated as: 2 × floor(points / 5000).

Examples:
0–4999 points → 0 requests
5000–9999 points → 2 requests
10000–14999 points → 4 requests

Remaining = Allowed requests − Requests already submitted in the same week.

How to submit

1) Enter your Profile ID and click Check. 2) If Remaining is greater than 0, enter IMO number and the Submit button becomes enabled. 3) After submitting, the request will show as PROCESSING until the team updates it.
