My payment was successful but my number was not recharged?
Please raise a support ticket from your order history and we'll help you with the issue you're facing.
When will I get my refund?
You will receive your refund in the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
I have not received my refund in my bank account. What should I do?
Refunds are generally processed by the bank within 48 hours. It usually takes 5-7 working days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays). If the refund is not credited within the refund timeline, please create a support ticket from the Help & Support section and we will be happy to assist you further.
Will my account be associated with an email address or mobile number?
You can log in to your AK Services account with your mobile number.
Why was the recharge amount not accepted on the app or website?
Operators decide the recharge denominations circle-wise and they keep changing it from time to time. Please view and select the plans available on the AK Services website/app and process the recharges in order to receive the right benefits.
How long does it take to receive cashback on recharges/bill payments?
Cashback is credited instantly upon recharge or bill payment. If you face any issue, please raise a support ticket from the Help & Support section or email us at support@Akservices.co.in.
Does the recharge happen immediately?
Yes, you get your recharge immediately. As soon as the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email from Akservices.co.in and a recharge message from your mobile operator. Generally, it takes less than 10 seconds for the transaction to complete.
How can I submit feedback or a consumer complaint?
Please go to the Help & Support section and create a new support ticket for feedback or a complaint.
How can I delete my account if I don't want to use AK Services anymore?
You can delete your account by sending an email to support@Akservices.co.in from your registered email.
