Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AK Services. By creating an account, loading your wallet, or making a payment, you agree to these terms. This document is updated on 6 December 2025.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and operate within jurisdictions where AK Services is authorized.

2. Account security

Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity originating from your AK ID.
Enable two-factor authentication where available.
Report device loss immediately to support@Akservices.co.in.

3. Wallet usage

Wallet balance can be used only for AK Services transactions. Idle balances may be suspended if regulatory KYC is not completed within 30 days.

4. Service restrictions

We reserve the right to pause any transaction suspected of fraud, AML violations, or policy breaches. BBPS compliance guidelines supersede these terms where applicable.

5. Limitation of liability

AK Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party API downtime, provided refunds are processed as per policy.

6. Governing law

These terms fall under Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
